The whole journey, end to end.

Free tool, then an account, then a limit, then a reason to pay, then the operating system. Each stage below switches this device into the state it describes, so the sequence can be walked rather than imagined.

  1. 01

    Anonymous. Value first

Somebody arrives, opens a tool and runs the full calculation. No account, no trial, no wall. Nothing on the tool page asks anything of them before they have their answer.

  2. 02

    The result is worth keeping

Only after the answer does keeping it come up, and the invitation names the account as free in its first line. This is the single most important moment in the model.

  3. 03

    A free Ora Account

Name and email, and that is all. One account across coffee, business and construction, and it stays free whatever else is bought later.

  4. 04

    My Tools

The signed in home: what they were doing, what they have kept, and where they stand. A fresh account is not an empty screen, it is pointed back at the live tools.

  5. 05

    The limits become visible

Usage is shown before it is hit, in plain numbers: 2 of 3 saved calculations, 1 of 3 projects. A limit that arrives as a surprise reads as a trick.

  6. 06

    The Pro gate

Reaching a limit explains itself: what the feature does, why it sits on Pro, what else the upgrade carries. No unexplained padlocks anywhere in the product.

    Ora ProIn build

You have used all 3 saved projects available on Free

A project groups the calculations that belong to one deal, one job or one buying programme, so the whole picture opens at once.

Free holds three, which keeps an occasional piece of work. Pro removes the ceiling for people running these tools as part of the working day.

    • Unlimited saved projects
    • Unlimited saved calculations
    • Scenario comparison
    • Export to spreadsheet and PDF

Pro has no price yet, and nothing here can charge you.

  7. 07

    Pricing, with no price

Free is a real plan with a real price. Pro is honest about being unbuilt and unpriced, and the FAQ separates it from the OraOS subscriptions.

  8. 08

    The Pro state

Limits gone, gates replaced by the features themselves, and the meters read as counts rather than ceilings.

  9. 09

    Out into an operating system

Last, and only after the tool has done its job: an observation about scope, and the product that carries the rest of it.

    Need more than a tool?

The Deal Calculator answers one question: will this coffee deal make money?

Running procurement, quality, inventory, contracts, logistics and finance across your operation?

OraOS Coffee carries the whole operation, from the buying station through processing and quality to the contract, the shipment and the money.

What is not built

  • No payment provider is connected, and no screen collects card details.
  • No authentication server exists. The account is this browser, and every account screen says so.
  • No Pro feature is implemented. Every Pro claim on the site is labelled as in build.
  • The three calculators are untouched and still save nothing to an account.
